Peg Overdorf, the Valley Community Association’s Executive Director and The Tewksbury Lodge’s new manager, is excited to announce Kevin Betty as Head Chef.
Kevin arrives at the Tewksbury Lodge from beloved local eateries Della Mostra by Mulberry and the Mess Hall. Kevin Betty grew up in the Valley and was culinary trained with 30 years of experience. Chef Betty embraces the philosophy of serving simply prepared dishes crafted to evoke full flavors through the use of the highest quality seasonal ingredients, creative composition and modern cooking technique.
Teaming with Peg Overdorf, she and Chef Betty are ready to design and execute banquets services for showers, weddings, reunions, baptisms, graduation parties, corporate events, anniversary, and other special events. The public is welcome for brunch every SUNDAY, APRIL 8 – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2018. HOURS 10AM-2PM. The Tewksbury Lodge is handicap accessible.
